Exchange Program

The Individualized EXCHANGE program is designed to provide a good selection of foods as well as quick weight loss. If you cook for others or travel frequently, this may be the plan for you. Your Registered Dietitian will include a variety of lean meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, fruit, grains and low fat dairy products in your meal plan.

EXCHANGE Program participants are welcome to use any of the protein products used in our other meal plans (below). Calorie counts are individualized to achieve your goals. Our EXCHANGE Program has been written to be as easy as possible to follow. Participants experience an individualized pace of weight loss, and more importantly, learn all the skills required for long-term success.
