| At CNC, we recognize that each individual has gained weight for a variety of different reasons. A "one-size-fits-all" approach is unlikely to be successful. For this reason, we have always emphasized the importance of an individualized approach. While we try to outline a few of the plans we offer, one benefit of working one-on-one with a Registered Dietitian is that each plan can be individualized to suit your needs. |
Our patients come from a wide variety of backgrounds, work and family situations, travel needs, and health issues. At
Clinical Nutrition Center, we recognize that each individual's needs are unique, and that weight management is a complex
medical and behavioral problem. That's why we develop a customized treatment plan to help you not only reach your
goals, but to figure out the lifestyle changes that will be necessary for successful long-term weight control.
All patients at CNC receive a customized weight loss and weight maintenance plan, supervised both medically and by a
Registered Dietitian. We want to work with you to address the lifestyle patterns that led to the weight gain in the first
place. Decades of experience have shown us that focusing on these patterns is the key to long-term success.
The following represent the most common approaches we take with a patient initially; however, remember that in time,
all treatment programs are individualized.
