Fees / Insurance Reimbursement
Whether or not your insurance will pay for treatment depends on
your particular insurance coverage.  Many insurers cover some or
all of our patient’s treatment course with us.  We encourage you to
check with your insurance company to see what your coverage is.   
However, we do not contract directly with nor accept payment
directly from any insurers.  This enables us to keep our fees
dramatically lower than would otherwise be possible.

regarding our fees, and we will be happy to review this with you.

Directions:
We are located just West of Tamarac Square, across the street from
the new Whole Foods.  From I-25, head East on Hampden to 7500
E. Hampden Avenue (just past Poplar, just before Tamarac Square,
used to be called 'Roslyn').  Turn Left.  CNC is located on the third
floor of Building One in the Tamarac Plaza complex (7555 E.
Hampden Ave).  Parking is available in front of the building and also
in the parking lot on the south side, between the building and
Hampden Avenue.  Please call if you need additional directions.
