Kathy and I came into this world together. We also ventured into our weight loss journey together – joining CNC in the summer of 2009. We would call each other as soon as we finished our appointments and celebrate each other’s great weeks and build each other up after a rough week. In fact, we still do! A little healthy competition never hurts either.

I lost over fifty pounds and Kathy lost over forty (I was the fat twin). I am so proud of our weight loss and successfully keeping the weight off for over two years. I believe that the key to our success has been continued visits to Clinical Nutrition Center and the help we have received from Suzanne and Tracy. Suzanne has helped me work through MANY issues, all of which have contributed to my being overweight. Suzanne is still helping me!

My weight loss has given me confidence, joy and strength. I don’t ever want to go back!
