Driving Directions:
from I-25, exit Orchard Road, head west until first stop light, which is Greenwood Plaza Blvd (also states towards Fiddler’s Green). Turn Left. You will pass 1 stop light and the road veers to the left. After this light, our parking lot is the 3rd left. The building sign is a little hard to see as it is obscured by flowers, but 5995 is a RED BRICK building on your left with a large sign that reads “Orchard Place.” The next building past ours is white, and our parking lot lies between the two.
Remember, there is a direct entrance to our suite from the EAST parking lot. When you see the sign for the building, turn in to the NEXT parking lot past the sign. If you do park in the West lot, no worries. You will take the steps up to the building lobby, then turn right and we are at the end of the hall.
Alternatively, if coming from the South, exit I-25 at Arapahoe and head West. Turn RIGHT on Greenwood Plaza Blvd. The street starts veering left just as you are passing a white building on your right. Turn in to the parking lot just past the white building. You can just see our CNC sign on the door of the building pictured below.
ADA Accessible Entrance
This building has handicapped parking spaces and one ADA compliant entrance. These spaces are located on the EAST lot by the main entrance. Use the main building entrance from the East, then turn left in the lobby to access our suite, number 150. If you park in the West lot there is a long flight of stairs – exit back to Greenwood Plaza Blvd., Turn Left, then take an immediate left to park in the East lot.
