Erin is a recent addition to the Clinical Nutrition Center and comes to the team with a dynamic background in food and nutrition.  She believes that the patient is the most important person in their own weight loss experience and prides herself on building great relationships and working with her patients to make a positive impact in their lives.  She has a passion for helping people reach and maintain their health goals and feels there is no greater reward than to see her patients succeed.

Currently, Erin is a member of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Colorado Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Denver Dietetics Association.  Her experience as a dietitian includes working with patients in both the clinical and hospital settings where she specialized in nutrition counseling for diabetes and weight management.

Erin grew up in Ottawa, Canada and completed her Nutrition degree and training at the University of Ottawa in 2012.  Prior to this, she studied French Cuisine at the Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and worked as a chef for several years.  She has a passion for all things food related and endeavors to bridge the gap between healthy eating and the enjoyment of great tasting food.

As a new Denverite, Erin is happiest taking advantage of all the wonderful outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.  She enjoys skiing, hiking, running and mountain biking to name a few.  As a true foodie, she enjoys cooking for her friends and family and catching up on any and all food documentaries.  She is a mother of two young children and loves spending time with her family and getting her kids to eat their broccoli!
