Men face many unique challenges when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off permanently. Do you ever feel like you are the only one facing these challenges? Believe it or not, you are not alone. Our experience at CNC treating men for their weight problems for over three decades has shown that many men actually face similar challenges.
Instead of going at it alone, why not find motivation from other like-minded people? Instead of reinventing the wheel for every new challenge and situation, why not learn from others that have successfully faced that challenge? And, why not share your successes to help motivate others?
Men’s Group will meet every other Wednesday for one hour. This is a long-term group that requires a 3 month minimum commitment.
Dr. Glenn Kaplan has over 20 years experience as a clinical health psychologist. He will help group members identify areas of mutual interest to explore strategies to improve health and wellness.
FIRST GROUP IS FREE, THEN $50 / 60 MINUTE GROUP ROUGHLY EVERY OTHER WEEK
