Kristi 73 Pounds Lost
This used to be me, and the new me is five sizes smaller. I’ve lost 73 pounds in five months’ time. It was a very easy experience; I was very surprised at how easy it was to lose the weight. I thought it would be more difficult than it was, but with all of the support and help. A really great program to follow, it was very simple to do. I am very proud of myself. Nico: 61 lbs Weight Loss
My diet controlled me; I was not in control of my diet and blamed it on diabetes. I took insulin 3 times a day to keep my blood sugar out of the 300’s and ate to make sure my sugar levels didn’t go into the 60’s. I was like a yo-yo…my moods, my weight, and my overall health was deteriorating and I was only 38 years old. I had high triglyceride numbers, fatty liver, and in general was not feeling like doing much of anything. I was nearly 220 pounds and my 5’ 2” frame could not handle that much weight. Linda’s 185 pound Weight Loss Journey
I have lost so far, 185 pounds and that’s in about a little over 18 months. My doctor referred me to Clinical Nutrition, because I needed to lose weight. I was at 371 and she gave me Dr. Lazarus’ name and also the possibility of surgery she gave me names for that. [Read more]
Kristi Getting Started
I was diagnosed in 2008 with ovarian cancer, I was 33 years old. My first initial tests that Dr. Lazarus did with me, he did an EKG to make sure that my heart was healthy enough to do this, which was important after the health problems I’ve had. He also did a full panel blood test with me and tested numerous things. Enough that I could take that blood work to my oncologist, and they had to a lot less blood work on me when they tested me this time. So that’s how complete the blood work is. [Read more]
